Difficult to find words to describe how over-the-top helpful Jean was in getting us to closing. Communication was excellent and reliable, and her knowledge of the market and advice on pricing our home was spot-on. But most impressive was how helpful she was in helping us get the house ready for showing, then making the closing date/time. When we were about to collapse from exhaustion getting the house emptied and final clean on closing day, Jean and her FAMILY were in our house scrubbing floors and getting things moved out.
